Fast Solution Technologies (SMC-PVT) Ltd. delivers selected products and equipment to customers across Pakistan. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing, delivery, shipping charges, and related conditions.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver products within Pakistan only.
Delivery is available to major cities, including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot and other areas covered by our courier and logistics partners.
Delivery to remote or limited-service areas may require additional time or shipping charges.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed after:

Customer details and delivery address are verified.
Required payment or advance payment, where applicable, is received.
Any special product, quantity or technical requirement is confirmed.
Most available-stock orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or outside normal business hours may be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are generally:
Islamabad & Rawalpindi: approximately 1–3 working days.
Major cities in Pakistan: approximately 2–5 working days.
Remote or out-of-city locations: approximately 3–7 working days or longer depending on courier availability.

4. Shipping Charges

8. Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers may receive a courier tracking number after dispatch.

Courier tracking information may take some time to become active after an order has been dispatched.
9. Receiving Your Order
Customers are requested to:
Provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Provide an active mobile/contact number.
Ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment.
Inspect the parcel and packaging at the time of delivery whenever possible.
For fragile, electronic or high-value products, customers are encouraged to check the external condition of the package before accepting delivery.
10. Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Shipments
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, incomplete or contains an incorrect product, please contact Fast Solution Technologies as soon as possible after receiving the shipment.
Customers should retain:
Original packaging.
Courier label.
Invoice/order details.
Photographs or video of damaged packaging/products, where applicable.
Claims will be reviewed based on the condition of the parcel, courier records and applicable product or manufacturer warranty conditions.
Damage caused after delivery, improper handling, incorrect installation, electrical issues or misuse may not qualify as shipping damage.
11. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
Name.
Phone number.
City.
Area.
Complete delivery address.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, unreachable phone number or customer refusal, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is dispatched again.
12. Failed or Refused Deliveries
If a confirmed order is refused without a valid reason, or the courier is unable to complete delivery due to customer unavailability, Fast Solution Technologies may require advance payment of the product and/or shipping charges before accepting a future order.
Special-order, customized or specifically sourced products may not be eligible for cancellation after procurement or dispatch.
13. Product Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable before dispatch, we may contact the customer to offer:
An alternative model.
A revised delivery timeline.
Cancellation of the unavailable item.

14. Courier & Logistics Partners
Fast Solution Technologies may use different courier, cargo or logistics companies depending on the product, destination, shipment size and service availability.
Once a shipment has been handed over to the courier, delivery schedules may be affected by the courier company's operations and circumstances outside our direct control.
However, our team will assist customers with reasonable shipment-related issues where possible.
15. Delivery Inspection & Product Acceptance
Customers should verify the delivered product against the order or invoice upon receipt.
