Fast Solution Technologies (SMC-PVT) Ltd. delivers products across Pakistan, subject to product availability, courier coverage, order verification, and delivery feasibility.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after confirmation. Orders requiring advance payment, special procurement, customized configuration, or installation may be processed after payment or confirmation of the agreed terms.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on the delivery location, parcel size, weight, courier service, and product type. Applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout where available or confirmed with the customer before dispatch.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on the customer’s location, courier service, product availability, and order type. Delivery estimates are communicated during checkout or order confirmation. Delays may occur due to courier operations, public holidays, weather, remote-area delivery, stock availability, or other circumstances outside our control.
Large, Heavy or Installation Products
Solar equipment, gates, barriers, racks, large batteries, displays, and other bulky or installation-based products may require special transport arrangements. Delivery and installation charges for such items may be quoted separately.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address and active contact number. Additional courier charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
Customers should inspect the shipment at the time of delivery where possible. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with the order details, photographs, and packaging information so the matter can be reviewed.
Order Tracking
Tracking information may be provided where supported by the courier or delivery service.
Shipping Coverage
We primarily deliver within Pakistan. Availability of delivery to remote or restricted locations depends on courier coverage and product type.
